If you don't have it, don’t bother faking it. You'll be better off seeking stimulation in your personal life that can jumpstart the same positive feeling when it comes to work.

It's hard following orders with independent Mars in your fiery 5th house, which could trigger conflict with authority figures. The point, though, is not to be rebellious but to be original. Yet until the Sun leaves slow-moving Taurus on May 20 it’s best not to be too pushy. People tend to dig in their heels and resist pressure more intensely during the sign of the Bull. The Sun's shift into flexible Gemini on May 20 should make it easier for you to pick up the pace and be more playful and speculative with others. There's a greater openness to new ideas, although getting commitment from others can be more difficult. Stressful 90-degree squares to stubborn Saturn by the Sun on May 22 and vivacious Venus on May 26 require a solid plan with a well-defined strategy to earn the attention and respect you desire.
