Libra (Sept. 23 to Oct. 22)
Winter's super-feminine sheer blouses will look great on you, Libra, especially when offset by a navy blazer, Capri-length slim trouser and heels. Or, throw a long cardigan in ultra-hip pale gray over a softly structured dress, and cinch the waist with a wide belt or ribbon. For work, a pale blue sweater set with a longer jacket looks fresh.

The new "urban warrior" faux fur-trimmed long jackets and sweaters are right up your alley, Scorpio. And, a velvet blazer in deep purple or chocolate brown would set off your magnetic allure when paired with tweedy, cuffed trousers and a skimpy top. Add a purple fake snake bag, velvet gloves and platform boots, and you're ready for action.
Sagittarius (Nov. 22 to Dec. 21)
Casual cool suits you just fine, Sagittarius. An oversized cardigan works well with a classic white shirt and slouchy trousers. Add one of the new visor hats or knitted beanies to frame your face. A long, feather-weight down jacket or slick trench coat in pale gray will keep you warm and stylish on your forays into the great outdoors.
Capricorn (Dec. 22 to Jan. 19)
Go beyond boring brown this winter, Capricorn, and try a classy head-to-toe monochromatic look in an unexpected color like indigo blue. Start with a high-necked wool jersey dress cinched at the waist with a wide belt, and add dark blue tights and heels. Or, try a golden camel pleated trouser and dark chocolate blazer trimmed in lambs' wool.
Aquarius (Jan. 20 to Feb. 18)
Indulge your experimental nature this season, Aquarius, and try one of the new body-hugging skirts and a faux fur-trimmed, strapless fitted top. Or, go androgynous with a mannish wide trouser and long, slim line jacket. For evening, a hip-sash short skirt with textured stockings topped with a long, feathery ostrich coat will definitely turn heads.
Pisces (Feb. 19 to March 20)
Your sign rules the feet, Pisces, so start your winter look with a pair of black ankle boots (high heeled if you dare) that go equally well with skirts, leggings or jeans. A velvet-cuffed, wide-collared jacket with full sleeves is next. Add a fun but classy gypsy touch with a delicate sheer top and embroidered, jewel-encrusted belt and matching bag.
