Matthew Perry taps into our inner sense of pending failure. From 'Friends' to the big screen, the comic actor's characters are built on fear with varying degrees of bravado to counter it. Born August 19, 1969 at 4:47 a.m. in North Adams, Massachusetts, he's a Leo, which is unlike the kind of nervous guys he plays. Leo rules the heart, and Matthew's is always in the right place. He may not be the bravest Lion, but his intentions are almost always good.
Mercury is the planet of intellect and describes how the wheels of the mind work. Matthew was born with his in Virgo, the sign adjoining his Leo Sun sign.
